Please select the total value of your voucher using the "Voucher Value" drop-down menu. For example, if you would like a £10 voucher, choose the first "Total £10" option and add to basket. If you would like a £60 voucher, choose the "Total £60 (add £50)" option. The "(Add £X)" indicates how much will be added to the basic £10 option.

Once you have purchased your gift voucher, you will receive an e-mail with gift voucher and FAQs attached, which you can print or e-mail to the recipient. The gift voucher will include a discount code which your recipient can then redeem at the checkout when placing their own order for their chosen keepsake. The order will be placed on the waiting list when the gift voucher is ordered, and can remain there until the recipient gets in touch.

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. I ask that the recipient of the voucher places their order before the expiry date, but if they wish they can get in touch and request that their keepsake is booked in for a later date, for example if they would like to send clothes that their child is still wearing.

The gift voucher code can be used in full payment, or in part payment towards an order of greater value. No change can be given. You will NOT receive a physical voucher by post.

CHARITY DONATION

All keepsakes now include a donation to your choice of three charities - Hope House/Ty Gobaith Children's Hospice, St David's Hospice or Idlewild Animal Sanctuary. You can find more information about the charities here. This donation is at no extra cost to you, and you can choose the charity to which you'd like to donate at the checkout when you're placing your order.
