Simply choose your favourite keepsake, add it to your basket and complete the checkout process. You can pay with a credit or debit card, or via PayPal, PayPal's pay-in-3, Klarna or Clearpay. All prices include:
- standard personalisation (if you'd like it), and you can also add additional personalisation such as photographs or replicated handwriting,
- full Design Consultation so you know you’ll be 100% happy with your design before I lift a finger,
- and also UK P&P for a tracked and insured delivery service (usually Royal Mail's Tracked 24), for both our peace of mind when your keepsakes are winging their way home. Worldwide postage is also available - just select your location at the checkout.
During the checkout process you'll find a form to allow you to choose which Charity Partner you'd like me to donate to on your behalf (there's no extra charge for this), and add further details such as personalisation you'd like, add a note if you need your order by a certain date, or anything else you'd like me to know. You're also very welcome to get in touch via social media, e-mail (clare@memorybearcompany.co.uk) or phone (07359 076751) at any point if you wish to discuss your order.
Once I receive your order, I'll add you to the waiting list then get in touch via e-mail to confirm the date your order is booked in for.

Turnaround time, from receiving your clothes to you receiving your keepsake, is around 6 months (depending on the time of year), but can be as little as 2 weeks if you simply can’t wait that long. If you need your order by a particular date, please add this to the form at the checkout.

I don't believe that I can always make your memories beautiful enough via an order from a website. This is why the process always starts with a free Design Consultation, which you can request here before you place your order if you wish. You can also connect with me on Connect with me on Facebook so that I can share progress photos with you as I make your commsion.
If you're not sure what you'd like, simply get in touch and give me an idea of which keepsake you like best. We'll then chat through the options and, once we've come up with the perfect keepsake for you, I'll pop over links to the keepsakes you've chosen. You're never just an order number.

Hi! My name is Clare, I'm old enough to remember a life without mobile phones and with three television channels, and I live with my hubby, two Happy Thoughts, Oliver and Hermione, our softie Labrador, Harry, daft little Dalmatian, Penny, and little old lady cat, Abbey. One of my very favourite things is hearing the stories about why you have chosen these keepsakes, and of course hearing and seeing what you think of them when they arrive home with you.
When I’m not being "Mummy", you’ll usually find me in my little office, watching something fantastical, crafting away. Running with the pups, good friends, countryside and chocolate keep me sane.
I'm the fourth consecutive generation of my family to work with fabric, and I've been sewing since I was a child. I took Textiles at GCSE and have continued perfecting my expertise in the craft ever since. My "day jobs" have included being an Office Manager, IT Trainer and Performance Analyst, so I have the technical wizardry to keep the back office running smoothly, while my creative side works its magic with your commissions.
The Memory Bear Company (formerly Neverland Creations) came about in 2008, and I've specialised in memory patchwork keepsakes since 2011. My little lady outgrew her first clothes so quickly, and I couldn't bear to give those special ones away ... but equally I didn't want to hide them in a cupboard! I decided to make her a quilt and cushion, and the rest, as they say, is history! I'm now based on the beautiful island of Anglesey, in Wales.
